The Overview & Timeline
Here is a plan to help you understand what to expect from the MYP Client Services Team during your implementation. Typically, subscribers complete their implementation as a small to medium provider within 3 months. Larger providers dependant on additional integrations take around 6 months. Some complete earlier, some take longer. Our focus is on accomplishing your main goals. Since timing is dependent on your goals, we structure the phases based on our experience of best practice and your priority objectives.

*Typically in a service provider organisation, the training and adoption timing is spilt between services. i.e. Support Coordination may be adopted by week 6 but SIL may take a staggered approach.
